# Transferring items to a different location Have multiple Locations? Need to internally transfer inventory to a different location? No worries. 1. Go to the Item that you want to manage. 2. Select the Locations tab where you will see all the Locations that currently have that inventory Item. 3. Under the column "Actions" you can Add, Move to or Move items from the Location. 4. Once you have selected the action you want to take, a pop-up window will appear to assign the change. 5. Select the source Location and then the target Location of where you want the inventory to go. 6. Select the desired quantity to move 7. Select a reason (Optional - NOTE: this reason will appear on a transaction report). 8. Confirm by clicking "Move" The quantities will be automatically updated!
